Package includes: Hire of a booth (4 m length x 1.5 m depth x 2.5 height), 4 admission passes to the Forum, Drinks and Gala Dinner, 1 Advertising page in the Forum catalogue.
Table top. Cost: 1,900 USD
Package includes: hire from 7 am on 3 April till 6 pm on 4 April of a table, chair and small area for a mobile exhibition stand (maximum width up to 1.3 m and height up to 2.5 m), 1 admission pass to the Forum and Gala Dinner.
Roll-Up Banner. Cost: 300 USD
Allows placement of one banner (1 m width, 2 m height), does not include admission to the Forum.
Virtual Exhibitor. Cost: 325 USD
The delegates will be able to enhance their visibility and promote their companies, projects and services by creating virtual exhibitor profile.
Exhibitor Registration Deadlines:
- Exhibitor registration closes on 13 March.
- Exhibitors who wish to present at the Forum, MineInvest, MineTech, MineEco or MineDigital competition must complete registration before 28 February and submit speaker form with photo, short bio and the synopsis of the presentation.
All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) are entitled to their profile and logo listing on the Forum website and Catalogue. All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) are entitled to a complimentary presentation at MineInvest, MineTech or MineDigital competitions. All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) are entitled to 50% discount for purchasing additional delegate tickets. All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) will receive complimentary access to the Forum post event online materials (published after the Forum). All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) will be able to use mobile application for setting up one-on-one meetings. The exhibition booth hire includes monochrome company name print in English on the front panel, hire of 0.7 m table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights & access 220 V electricity point. Additional equipment and furniture could be hired at extra cost (please enquire).
Advertising: All advertisements and inserts must be submitted before 13 March in accordance to the technical specifications.
Payment: The fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via Stripe or PayPal) or Bank Transfer.
Admission: Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.
Cancellation: Сancellations submitted in writing to email@example.com before 13 March 2020 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 13 March 2020. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 13 March 2020.
